Mike Modano's 502nd and 503rd goals last Saturday made him the highest-scoring American-born hockey player. But he's not bragging in front of his buddy Brett Hull or Brett's dad, Bobby Hull. They both have more than 600 goals. (Brett has 741.)

In an extremely rare gathering of NHL scoring power, all three – Brett, Bobby and Mike – were together in Dallas this week to celebrate a different milestone. They attended a party in honor of Dallas Star Sergei Zubov's 1,000th game.

Irina Zubov booked the private dining room at Al Biernat's restaurant for Sunday night, commissioned an ice sculpture of Sergei holding the number 1,000 and ordered enough Dom Perignon champagne to float a battleship – all done in secret.

For the surprise party, Brett showed up with his wife of eight months, Darcie Hull, and his famous dad, Bobby. As for Mr. Modano, he brought his famous fianc?e, pop singer and TV personality (Dancing With the Stars, The Ultimate Fighter) Willa Ford.

Other Stars players on hand included Marty Turco, Darryl Sydor, Jere Lehtinen and team captain Brenden Morrow.
